2024 All District Teams Announced

Six Westfield Little League players were named to All District Teams after their strong performances in this summer’s All Star Tournaments. They were honored along with other players from around District 2 at an awards ceremony on November 16. The players were also recognized at the Springfield Thunderbirds game later that evening.

Westfield's 12 year old All Stars claimed the District Championship with a thrilling 6-3 win at Longmeadow. The team then topped Holden 3-2 in extra innings in its first Sectional game. They fell in their next two games and finished the summer with an overall record of 7-3.

Westfield 12U All Stars sprinted through District 2 Pool play with an undefeated record of 6-0. Their run was highlighted by a thrilling 3-2 win at Chicopee and a 5-0 shutout of Longmeadow. Westfield hosted the District 2 Championship but came up just short, falling 4-2 to Chicopee.
